Breast Center of Excellence
A great start for maintaining breast health, in women 40 years and older, is to have an annual mammogram. As a designated Breast Center of Excellence, the McLaren Imaging Center maintains full accreditation in mammography, stereotactic breast biopsy, breast ultrasound, and ultrasound-guided breast biopsy. Other imaging capabilities include:
- PET/CTDigital mammography
- MRI
- CAD (Computer-Aided Detection)

Obstetrician, Family Practitioner, or Midwife, the Choice is Yours
Physicians specializing in obstetrics and gynecology provide quality care for mothers who are new or experienced with the childbirth process. The OB/GYN specialists and Family Medicine physicians have decades of experience and are known for their compassionate and personal care.
Midwifery is a family-centered childbirth option available to you at McLaren. A certified nurse midwife is educated in two disciplines, nursing and midwifery. Midwives serve as mentors and caregivers for women seeking active participation in the "normal, healthy process" of pregnancy and birth. McLaren is the only medical center in the area to offer midwifery care.

Visiting hours from 11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Mother's designated support person may visit anytime.
To protect the health of our youngest patients and their mothers, children under the age of 12 are not permitted to the BirthPlace UNLESS they are the brother or sister of the newborn patient.
