| Description | This group offers a friendly environment to allow open discussion for patients, families, and friends who are dealing with cancer. A registered social worker facilitates this group. Participants can learn about the diagnosis and treatment of cancer, as well as learning new coping skills to assist you and your significant others during this difficult time. The group meets the first Thursday of each month from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. McLaren Bay Region is a proud member of the McLaren Cancer Institute.
