Intensive Care Unit - ICU

Intensive Care Unit (ICU) patients receive close observation and are cared for using the latest technology. ICU team members include registered nurses certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, attending, consulting and critical care physicians, clinical nurse specialists, respiratory therapists, social workers, nurses aides and unit clerks. McLaren's ICU patients require very specialized care due to the seriousness of their conditions including, but not limited to, those who have suffered a traumatic injury, head or spine injury, as well as anyone who has undergone a complex oncology surgery.

Coronary Care Unit - CCU

Patients in McLaren's Cardiac Care Unit (CCU) receive close observation and constant care from a specially trained team of professional equipped with start-of-the-art technology. The CCU team members include registered nurses certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, attending, critical care and consulting physicians, clinical nurse specialists, respiratory therapists and social workers.

Family members are encouraged to visit their loved ones in CCU, but restrictions do apply for the patient's safety. Please inquire about visiting times for patients from the CCU staff.
