  • McLaren Bay Region, located in Bay City, Michigan, is a 399-bed acute tertiary care hospital providing specialty, primary and preventive services including cardiovascular, neuroscience, orthopedics, oncology, women’s health, rehabilitation, home health and hospice care, EMS, and more. McLaren Bay Region is a proud to be a Primary Stroke Center and a Neuroscience Center of Excellence, as well as the only accredited Chest Pain Center in the Great Lakes Bay Region.
  • McLaren Bay Special Care is a 31-bed long-term acute care hospital located in Bay City, Michigan specializing in the care and treatment of patients with complex medical needs, including a ventilator weaning program, that require lengths of stay greater than 25 days. The experienced staff are highly trained and use a team approach to provide intensive, individualized treatment. The hospital is licensed by the Michigan Department of Community Health and is accredited by The Joint Commission.

Its residency programs are affiliated with Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, Michigan State University College of Human Medicine, and the Statewide Campus System. McLaren Lapeer Region has received national recognition from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid for clinical excellence in orthopedics, pneumonia, congestive heart failure and surgical care. The facility maintains a verified Level II trauma designation and provides comprehensive care in a 29-bed Emergency Center along with specialized services for heart, cancer, orthopedic and general surgery services, physical medicine and rehabilitation, women’s services, wound care services and sleep disorders.
  • McLaren Macomb is a 288-bed tertiary teaching facility located in Mount Clemens, Michigan. McLaren Macomb provides a full range of services, including cardiovascular care at the Mat Gaberty Heart Center, award winning cancer services at the Ted B. Wahby Cancer Center, comprehensive orthopedic services and a state-of-the-art elective Surgery Center. The hospital is verified as a Level II Trauma Center and operates one of the busiest Emergency Centers in the area. McLaren Macomb is a leader in osteopathic graduate medical education and serves as a base hospital site for medical students from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and University of Medicine and Health Science.   • McLaren Health Management Group provides home health, palliative care, hospice, home infusion, pharmacy and comprehensive laboratory services across McLaren Health Care system’s statewide network.   • McLaren Health Plan (MHP) has been operating as a Michigan-based licensed Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) since 1998 and today delivers health care benefits to 260,000 members. The HMO was started to serve Michigan’s Medicaid population and has added group, individual and Medicare products along with a Third Party Administrator called Health Advantage, Inc., for self-funded employer groups. In 2015, MHP was awarded the right to operate in and service every county in the lower peninsula of the state of Michigan – the only provider-owned health plan to achieve this designation by the Michigan Department of Community Health.   • McLaren Medical Group manages the corporate ambulatory network consisting of more than 150 primary and specialty centers located throughout a 35-county region employing nearly 450 healthcare providers including physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and nurse midwives. Its more than 300 physicians are among the top admitting and referring physicians for McLaren hospital subsidiaries. MMG has earned Patient Centered Medical Home designation by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan for many of these practices, and six practices participate in the advanced primary medical home Comprehensive Primary Care Plus (CPC+) model.
