Patient Navigator Program
In addition to providing high-quality cancer treatment with state-of-the-art technology, Our goal is to make care as personalized and as patient-centric as possible, so all patients feel empowered to tackle their disease. To achieve this, our Patient Navigator Program features a dedicated registered oncology nurse who works to guide you through the treatment process, ensuring you receive seamless, coordinated care, along with any other necessary support services.
Specifically, the patient navigator seeks to:
- Address your questions and concerns
- Help you complete insurance forms
- Identify ways to pay for care if you don't have insurance
- Help you with transportation, if needed
- Direct you to further health care services
- Identify helpful local resources and support services
- Help you track appointments
- Act as a resource for helpful health care information
