McLaren Health Management Group

The community-based care provided by McLaren Health Management Group began nearly 100 years ago as a small band of home care nurses providing bedside care to hundreds of patients afflicted with a host of illnesses and ailments. From that humble, humanitarian mission which began in Flint in 1904, McLaren Health Management Group has continued to grow and play a significant role in administering services and therapies to home-bound patients.

Today, McLaren Health Management Group staff includes registered nurses and home health aides, as well as physical therapists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, social workers, chaplains, dieticians, mental health therapists and a medical director. McLaren Health Management Group divisions provide home health care, palliative care, hospice, home medical supplies and equipment, infusion services, and pharmacy services to more than 375,000 patients and businesses in 25 counties throughout Michigan.
