Published on Wednesday, February 01, 2017

McLaren Macomb has earned accreditation by the Intersocietal Commission of Accreditation of Echocardiography Laboratories (ICAEL) in the areas of adult stress, adult transesophageal and adult transthoracic echocardiography. The ICAEL"seal of approval" means that a panel of experts has completed a thorough review of the Mat Gaberty Heart Center's operational and technical components. The ICAEL review team grants accreditation only to those facilities that it determines are providing quality patient care, in compliance with national standards.
