2015 Program

In June 2015, the Affordable Care Act (ACA) will face its most critical test yet from the Supreme Court. The ruling could devastate states like Michigan with federally operated health insurance exchanges. Even if the court upholds the law, medical and business professionals must stay ahead of the impact of the ACA, and can learn the direction they must take no matter the decision at the 2015 State of the State of Healthcare. Robert Laszewski, nationally renowned authority on the ACA, will provide an in-depth analysis on how a Supreme Court decision might impact Michigan, how the ACA will likely change no matter how the Court rules, how employers continue to provide coverage in light of market and policy change, and how providers must continue to adapt.
