The event took place on Feb. 11, 2015 - Heartfelt thanks to the Petoskey Hockey Boosters for organizing the Pink in the Rink event at Griffin Arena on February 11, 2015 where the Northmen took on the Cheboygan Chiefs. The volunteers were outstanding and were very passionate about raising money for the Kathleen Jontz Breast Health Fund. An AMAZING amount of $1,345.07 was raised! These dollars will not only provide life-saving mammograms, biopsies and follow-up ultrasounds to women in northern Michigan who are unable to afford them, but will also fund breast health educational programs. Thank you again to the boosters, volunteers, players and fans for your contribution to a cause that will assist friends and neighbors in your community.
