Email a Patient

If you would like to send a greeting to a loved one or friend who is a patient at McLaren, please fill out the form below and click on “Submit.” A hospital volunteer or staff member will print the message and deliver it to the patient.

Messages will be delivered within 24 hours of receipt (Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. only). Weekend messages will be delivered the following Monday. Patients are unable to send outgoing replies.

Please note: This is not a secured form/page, however, all messages received are handled confidentially. If the patient has been discharged or the message contains private medical information, the message will be deleted and deemed undeliverable. In addition, the patient must agree to be listed on the Hospital Census during admission in order to receive messages. Once received, patients are unable to send outgoing replies. Due to privacy laws and concerns, the receipt of your message is not an acknowledgment that the intended recipient is a patient currently in our care, nor should it be interpreted as such.
