MPP is pleased to announce a new Medicare Advantage HMO agreement has been signed with Reliance ACO.
Our includes McLaren hospitals and active MPP providers in the following regions:
- McLaren Flint
- McLaren Lapeer
- McLaren Macomb
- McLaren Oakland
- McLaren Port Huron
- Karmanos Cancer Center
The new contract with Reliance is effective January 1, 2020. Pursuant to your Master Membership Agreement with MPP, active members will be included in the provider network unless written notification of your intent to opt out is received within 21 days from this communication.
