Michigan Adaptive Golf

2017-Adaptive-golf.pdfFor 20 years we have been helping individuals get back on the golf course. Our golf pro’s and therapist have the experience to assess an individual’s physical abilities and golf skills. We provide equipment modifications as need, and lessons on how to improve your swing with the abilities that you have. Our program has worked with local golf courses to break down barriers and educate the golfing community about accessibility and inclusiveness.

All are Welcome!

Golf League

The Michigan Adaptive Golf League will begin Friday, June 2, 2017
Play is held at Swartz Creek Golf Course, 1902 Hammerberg Road, Flint, MI 48503
Cost: $14 per week
9 hole-modified format

The golf league is a chance to get back on the course in a modified format. This drop-in league plays best ball, and everyone hits from the red tee’s. If your endurance is low, sit out a hole and play the next one. If you are trying a modified swing or equipment, this is a good place to practice. If you are unsure if you can return to your weekly league try ours for a week or two. It is a fun league and we encourage you to bring friends and family to join us. We have the single riders carts available and a therapist will be there to assist if there are any questions.

Pro Am Tournament

The tournament includes 18 holes of golf (par 3 format), hot dogs at the turn and an awards lunch. There are also door prizes and a 50/50 raffle.
