The requirement extends to anyone who provides any care, treatment, or service for McLaren or its patients. This regulation allows for exemptions to staff with recognized medical conditions for which vaccines are contraindicated or religious beliefs or observances. Any individual seeking a religious or medical exemption will follow the prescribed McLaren policy that includes submission of a formal request to the McLaren System Vaccine Exemption Committee. Failure to comply with the vaccination requirement, or not having an approved exemption, will prevent employment with McLaren.
