At McLaren Greater Lansing - Mid Michigan Physicians Cardiology, we are here to help you understand your heart condition and will be there every step of the way. We strive to provide the highest quality health care with diagnosis and treatment of conditions such as congenital heart defects, coronary artery disease and heart failure.


Dr. Burke is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, and Interventional Cardiology. He obtained his medical education at the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in St. Maarten, N.A., where he ranked #1 of 152 in his class. Dr. Burke went on to complete his residencies and fellowships in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, and Interventional Cardiology at Providence/St. John Hospital in Southfield, MI and at Borgess Heart Institute through Michigan State University. Dr. Burke’s practice includes diagnostic and interventional cardiology along with peripheral vascular medicine and interventions.

Dr. Burke lives in the greater Lansing area and is married with one child.

Cardiology, Physician Assistant
Jill Knox, PA, is a certified physician assistant with experience in cardiology. Ms. Knox earned her Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences with a concentration in Physician Assistant studies from the University of Toledo, College of Medicine in Toledo, OH in 2010 and obtained a graduate certificate in Contemporary Gerontological Practice. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants  and is certified in advanced cardiac life support. 
Dr. Pacis completed his internal medicine residency at Detroit Riverview Hospital in 2004, and his Cardiology fellowship at Botsford Hospital in 2007. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American College of Osteopathic Internists, the American College of Cardiology and the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology. Dr. Pacis is certified to perform diagnostic heart catheterizations, pacemaker implantations, and transesophageal echocardiograms, amongst other invasive and non-invasive methods for diagnosing heart disease.

Dr. Pacis is married to Rose, a registered nurse, and they have two young sons.

Cardiology, Physician Assistant
Anthony J. Wells, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant with experience in cardiology and family medicine. Mr. Wells earned a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Western Michigan University in Kalamaoo, MI in 2000 and is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and DEA certified.
