Aquatic Stretch, Strength, Balance: A moderate to vigorous routine to include 20 minutes of stretching exercises, 20 minutes of strengthening exercises, and 20 minutes of balance exercises.   

Class meets 10 - 11 a.m. on Fridays, Nov. 6 - Dec. 18, with no class on Christmas Day, Dec. 25 so added Monday, Dec. 28 instead.

Fee: $60 for 8-week class

Please arrive 15 minutes early to your first class to pay and complete forms.

Classes are held in the Ben and Carolyn Benjamin Aquatic Rehabilitation Area. Locker rooms are available but limited to only 2 at a time. Please arrive with swim wear already on. Water shoes are welcomed but no black soles please. Bring a towel and water bottle for hydration.

COVID-19 Safeguards:
- Masks required upon facility entrance and to remain on while in locker room. Mask can be removed when entering the water; placed back on when exiting water.
- Participants encouraged to arrive in swim wear to reduce locker room need.
- Spa capacity limited to 2 at a time with each seated on opposite half of spa.
- Sauna, due to governor's executive order, remains closed.
- Instructor instructs from pool deck, not in the water.
- Instructor instructs with mask on.
- X's placed on pool deck to create a grid marking off 6 areas, 1 for each participant. Participant remains within his/her space during entire fitness workout.
- Social distancing of 6' apart to be maintained throughout. Participants dismissed from class in smaller groups to maintain social distancing and assure only 2 in the locker room at a time. Classes purposely not scheduled back to back to aid in this as well.
- Handrails and door handles are sanitized after each class.
- Aquatic fitness equipment (paddles, noodles, weights, etc.) used in the water are safe to return to rack after a simple dip and swish in the water. No further sanitation is required. Chemicals (bromine) in the pool water kills viruses and bacteria.
