Class provides information on the process of labor and birth, including breathing, relaxation and other coping measures, hospital birthing options, commonly used medications, Cesarean Birth and postpartum. Also includes info on normal newborn appearance and behaviors, hospital routine, feedings, diapering, soothing fussy babies and safety.
Class #2 meets at the hospital and includes a tour of our Family BirthPlace.
