Regular physical activity is one of the most important things you can do
for your health. Being physically active can improve your brain health,
reduce the risk of disease, help manage weight, strengthen bones and
muscles, and improve your ability to do everyday activities. This program
will include the importance of exercise, benefits of an active lifestyle,
and how to incorporate exercise into your daily life. There will be some
hands-on activity that everyone can try.
