Multiple myeloma (MM) is a rare blood cancer of plasma cells. According to the American Cancer Society, there will be more than 1,000 new cases diagnosed in Michigan this year. Multiple myeloma is twice as common among African Americans than in whites. However, thanks to advancements in drug therapy developed through carefully designed clinical trials, new hope is being offered each day.

Attend a FREE webinar to learn more about what scientists at Karmanos Cancer Institute are doing to fight the disease and how it leads to better treatments and care.
