Screening includes:
- Diabetes screening- Hemoglobin A1C
- Full Lipid Panel including total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, and
triglycerides
- Blood pressure and pulse
- Sleep disorder risk assessment
- Risk-reduction plan

Local physicians, nurses, pharmacists, EMS providers, and other health care personnel will be volunteering at the screening in order to help answer your questions!

drink 12 hours prior to screening
