Join this fun cancer support class!

This class is designed to increase strength, flexibility, range of motion, coordination, and balance. Participants will learn how to reduce stress and anxiety. The program will consist of a variety of activities including drumming and gentle strength training, taught by a certified instructor. Activities can be performed from a chair if desired. Expect to receive support, relationship building with fellow survivors, and an overall life-enhancing experience.

FREE for Cancer Survivors. Spouses and support people of those attending are also welcome. Participants can join anytime during the session. Made possible through a grant from the McLaren Greater Lansing Foundation.
