Fee: $100 for an 16-class punch card

If paying online, punch card will be given to you at your first attended class. Punch cards are valid for 1 year from the issue date. 

Please note: Punch card can be used for any aquatic fitness class at the John & Marnie Demmer Wellness Pavilion. Please see a list of classes offered and a brief description for each below 

Classes held in the Ben and Carolyn Benjamin Aquatic Rehabilitation Area. Locker rooms are available.  Bring your own towel.  Please arrive 10 minutes early.

This is moderate level class with a mix of resistance training as well as a cardio burst for building endurance.

Hydro Endurance
Join this high impact cardio class to challenge your current level of fitness through aqua jogging, swim strokes, and underwater breathing techniques.

Low Impact Flow
Gentle moving class designed to reduce stiffness and encourage mobility.

Open Swim
Move at your own pace in this non-instructional hour. Hot tub, sauna, and pool equipment use is available as well.

Stretch, Strength, Balance 

A moderate to vigorous routine to include 20 minutes of stretching exercises, 20 minutes of strengthening exercises, and 20 minutes of balance exercises
