Description

STRENGTH TRAINING- Advanced Level group strength and conditioning class that utilizes functional exercise to improve fitness. Modalities include dumbbells, medicine balls, body weight movements, and balance/agility drills. A different routine every class to keep it fresh and fun.

Classes meet twice a week. Tuesdays & Thursdays, 8 8:45 a.m. from Sept. 8 through Oct. 29. This is an 8-week class series.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to your first class to pay. Cash, check payable to MNM .

COVID-19 Safeguards: 

  • Masks required upon facility entrance and to remain on at all times, including during exercise.
  • All participants will be COVID-19 screened by the fitness instructor at their fitness location. Participants not felling well should NOT attend class. 
  • Participants encouraged to arrive in active wear to reduce locker room need. Lock room use limited to 2 people at a time.
  • Instructor instructs with mask on.
  • A grid with masking tape will mark of 10 areas on the studio floor, 1 for each participant and instructor. Everyone remains within his/her space during entire fitness workout.
  • Social distancing of 6’ apart to be maintained throughout. Participants dismissed from class in smaller groups to maintain social distancing and assure only 2 in the locker room at a time. Classes purposely not scheduled back to back to aid in this as well.
  • Each participant will have his/her own fitness equipment (i.e. dumbbells, mats, bands, etc.) for use during the duration of class. Equipment will not be shared. Fitness equipment used during class will be cleaned and sanitized before returning to shelf.
  • Hand sanitizer available and use encouraged.
  • Participants encouraged to bring their own water bottle to reduce need for water fountain use.
