Health Care Alliance Plan/HCAP has given notice to terminate its existing relationship with McLaren Physician Partners effective December 31, 2018.
Effective December 31, 2018, Administration Research Corporation International (ASR) will no longer be utilizing the HCAP provider network. Therefore, HCAP is terminating all contractual relationships that it has in place.
