Dr Starr earned his medical doctorate at the University of South Florida in Tampa before going on to complete pathology residency training and fellowships in gastrointestinal pathology and general surgical pathology with East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina. He is board certified in Anatomic Pathology. He appreciates the diverse caseload at McLaren Bay Region, his primary assignment since joining Integrated Pathology Associates in the latter part of 2014.
