Aasiya Matin, M.D., is an assistant professor in the Department of Internal Medicine in the Division of Hematology and Oncology at Wayne State University School of Medicine. Dr. Matin specializes in bone marrow transplant for blood cancers and blood disorders. She completed a residency in radiation oncology at the King George Medical University in Lucknow, India. Dr. Matin completed a residency in internal medicine at Detroit Medical Center. She completed her fellowship in hematology/oncology at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and advanced bone and marrow transplant fellowship at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.
