Caring Efforts of McLaren St. Luke’s Volunteers
The caring efforts of McLaren St. Luke’s volunteers constantly inspire us to do even better for our patients and visitors. We know that volunteering at our hospital is an important way for some members of our community to give back. Hospital volunteer work touches the volunteer as much as it does our patients and visitors.
If you have some time to spare and you’d like to give back to our community by aiding patients and visitors, or through the fundraising efforts of the Auxiliary at McLaren St. Luke’s, we invite you to learn more about our volunteer opportunities.
Please take a few moments to check out some of the ways you can be a part of our commitment to our community through volunteering at the hospital.

Auxiliary Volunteering
The McLaren St. Luke’s Auxiliary is a diverse group of women and men who bring their own unique set of skills and experiences to enhance services to our patients, staff and visitors. The mission of the Auxiliary is much the same as it was back in 1938 when 12 friends began an auxiliary service group to support Robinwood Hospital. Today, we know that group as the McLaren St. Luke’s Auxiliary.
According to many of our auxiliary volunteers, the greatest benefit they receive from volunteering is a genuine sense of satisfaction from helping others. The gratification of making a difference in people’s lives comes from a determined commitment to provide unwavering service to McLaren St. Luke’s in a variety of auxiliary capacities.
The McLaren St. Luke’s Auxiliary sponsors a wide variety of fundraisers and community services throughout each year and continues to provide invaluable support to the Hospital.
