**Reminder if you have not registered or attended one of the 2021 MPP Clinical Integration Methodology Webinars please register.**

MPP successfully mailed our 2021 Clinical Integration (CI) Methodology to on December 30, 2020. All physicians received the Methodology letter and QR code to access the methodology description and an example of each of the scorecards. 
 
Updates for 2021:

  • NEW Pediatric scorecard.
  • NEW Population metrics for PCP’s and Pediatricians
  • Removal of ACO (AWV, TOC, HCC) metrics for PCP’s
  • NEW Key Conversation Metric for all physicians

We want to help you succeed, MPP Quality team is hosting six webinars to provide education and answer your questions on the 2021 CI Methodology. These webinars will cover metric specifications and expectations for the year.

Physician attendance achieves 10 points
Staff Champion attendance achieves 5 points
Metric maximum 15 points per payment period
