MPP is pleased to announce a new Gain Sharing Agreement has been signed with Humana. We have expanded our existing MPP agreement for Medicare Advantage to include all regions.
Our current agreement now includes all McLaren hospitals and active MPP providers in the following regions:
- McLaren Bay and Bay Special Care (LTACH)
- McLaren Caro
- McLaren Central
- McLaren Flint
- McLaren Greater Lansing
- McLaren Lapeer
- McLaren Macomb
- McLaren Oakland
- McLaren Northern
- McLaren Port Huron
- McLaren Thumb Region
- Karmanos Cancer Center
The new contract amendment with Humana is effective July 1, 2019. Pursuant to your Master Membership Agreement with MPP, active members will be included in the provider network unless written notification of your intent to opt out is received within 21 days from this communication.
