Primary Duties

 SINGLE HOSPITAL COVERAGE – PARTNERSHIP TRACK

McLaren Flint is recruiting a Cardiologist to join a well-respected group in Flint, Michigan.  Join two experienced Interventional Cardiologists and two Advanced Practice Providers in a private practice.  The ideal candidate will have excellent bed-side manner and interest in supporting a small Cardiology fellowship program.  Candidates also with an interest in reading nuclear studies are preferred. 

Interventional and General Cardiologists will be considered for this opportunity. 

Group call will be 1:3 with single hospital coverage at McLaren Flint.  Hospital call for Interventional Cardiologists will be 1:8.  The group has a defined partnership track.  

McLaren Flint offers advanced diagnostic and treatment options incorporating the latest technology, including minimally invasive cardiac procedures, robotic-assisted cardiac surgery, as well as research.  The cardiovascular suite features 5 Cardiac Catheterization Labs, 3 labs that are specialized for Electrophysiology studies, 2 OR rooms are dedicated to cardiac surgical procedures and a Hybrid Operating Room.

McLaren Flint is a 378-bed tertiary teaching facility located in Flint, Michigan, serving the medical needs of residents in greater Genesee County and Mideast Michigan. McLaren Flint is affiliated with Michigan State University College of Human Medicine in its medical residency programs including family practice, internal medicine, general surgery, and orthopedic surgery.
