Clinic Membership After Prescribed Therapy

Patients discharged from therapy can continue utilizing the equipment and techniques learned in therapy to increase mobility and strength, within proximity of therapists.

  • 1 month membership - $25
  • 3 month membership - $60
  • Hours: Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
