The McLaren Macomb marketing team develops and implements strategic promotions that articulate and bring the McLaren brand to life. We communicate in a variety of media, including advertising, business and community relations, design, photography, print publications, social media, videography, website and events. Our team ensures brand integrity on all materials produced. Our team collaborates on materials requested by service lines and others.

Request Guidelines:

Request form is for single, defined projects. (Ex. brochure, flyer)
Designate one point person to coordinate with marketing
Advance planning is important. Allow approximately 30-60 days for new project requests, 7-20 days for updates to existing material.
Complete and approved content should be sent with the marketing request as an attachment in WORD format. Do not create documents in Publisher.
Do not insert clip art or other graphics.
Service lines/other departments are responsible for print & other associated costs.
Quick-turn-around projects will be done in a timely manner.
Marketing staff determines style, creative, design, text phrasing etc.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to HHS Section 508 compliance requirements, when creating documents such as flyers, PPT presentations save as a WORD document. For more information visit www.hhs.gov/web/section-508.
