Customer satisfaction is a priority at McLaren Flint. If you or your family have concerns or questions about your care, we encourage you to let us know. We encourage you to begin by contacting:

  • The direct care nurse on your treatment unit
  • The charge nurse on your treatment unit, or the nursing supervisor
  • The nurse manager for the floor

Shortly after inpatient discharge, a patient satisfaction survey will be sent to you asking about your stay. We appreciate the feedback that you provide on the survey.

Please speak with your nurse, or the Nurse Leader of the nursing unit you are on, if you have any questions or concerns about your care. If your issue is still not resolved, then contact our Patient Experience Department at (810) 342-CARE (2273) or email us at FLT_PatientExperience@mclaren.org. Please keep in mind that we do not reimburse for lost belongings.
