Description
Class provides information on the process of labor and birth, including breathing, relaxation, and other coping measures. This class will also discuss hospital birthing options, commonly used medications, cesearean birth, and postpartum. Participants are encouraged to bring 2 pillows to class. There will be a short break for lunch please bring food, drink and snacks to class. The building does not have vending machines or a cafeteria.
Registration is required. Registration fee includes expectant mother and one support person. Register the expectant mother only.
