We are an Accountable Care Organization (ACO) participating in the Medicare Shared Savings Program (Shared Savings Program).

Types of ACO Participants that formed McLaren High Performance Network, LLC:

1. ACO professionals in a group practice arrangement
2. Network of individuals practices of ACO professional
3. Partnership or joint venture arrangement between hospitals and ACO professionals
4. Hospitals employing ACO professionals.

Our ACO does not use the SNF 3-Day Waiver Rule.
