DAVISON, Mich. — Kimberly Veres, MBA, BSN, RN, has been named director of employee health services for McLaren Health Management Group. As director of employee health services, Veres will oversee implementation of employee health programs for McLaren Health Management Group and its subsidiaries. 
Prior to joining McLaren Health Management Group, Veres worked for Fiat Chrysler Automobiles as corporate supervisor of medical operations and compliance. In this position she managed 160 nurses across 24 North American locations and focused on improvement in quality and safety.
During her time at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, she also worked as medical operations specialist, health services specialist and corporate nurse specialist. Veres began her career at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles as a per diem occupational health nurse.
With more than 25 years of experience in various nursing, medical, educational and medical-legal services, Veres brings her expertise in OSHA regulatory compliance and auditing, and strategic planning to McLaren Health Management Group’s expanding service lines. “I am eager to work with the entire team to establish effective employee health programs that promote and maintain the highest degree of physical, mental and social well-being across the McLaren continuum of care,” Veres expressed.

Veres earned her Master of Business Administration from University of Phoenix and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Saginaw Valley State University. Veres currently serves as the president of Michigan Association of Occupational Health Nurses (MIAOHN) and is a member of the American Association of Occupational Health Nurses (AAOHN). Veres is also a member of the American Heart Association and American Red Cross.
