Representatives from McLaren Macomb, along with local officials and project leaders gathered to officially break ground on the McLaren Macomb Harrington Medical Center and Ambulatory Surgery Center.
Located along Harrington Boulevard, in Clinton Township, across from the hospital’s parking structure, the stand-alone building will occupy a previously vacant lot next to an existing McLaren Macomb medical office building.
The facility will include four operating rooms, diagnostic and imaging services with a mobile MRI, primary care, pain management, orthopedics, electrophysiology, vascular surgery, neurology, urology, endocrinology, physical therapy and a pharmacy.
With construction now officially underway, the project is scheduled to be completed and occupied June 1, 2022.
