The McLaren Northern Michigan Cheboygan Campus was put on lockdown earlier this afternoon, Thursday, July 18, after an active shooter threat was made toward the Alcona Health Center office, located in the Medical Office Building. The individual was not on campus.
The Cheboygan County Sheriff’s Office took the individual into custody, and the lockdown was lifted.
