McLaren Northern Michigan is offering a new fitness class geared for males and females in grades 9-12 who are looking to enhance off-season conditioning. Led by a certified fitness instructor, the program is on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30 – 4:30 p.m. and runs September 10 through December 19. Cost is $100 for 20 sessions, or a drop-in rate of $7 per session. The Conditioning Circuit Program is held at the John and Marnie Demmer Wellness Pavilion and Dialysis Center, located at 820 Arlington Avenue in Petoskey.
