VitalCare Home Health Care of McLaren Northern Michigan is proud to announce receiving a 4- out of 5-star rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), ranking them as the best Home Health provider in northern Michigan!
The rating is based on quality of patient care and patient satisfaction surveys. Scores are calculated through 9 measured outcomes; timely initiation of care, medication education to patient/caregiver, influenza immunization, acute care hospitalization, as well as improvements in ambulation, bed transferring, bathing, shortness of breath, and pain management. VitalCare received 4-stars in both the patient care and patient satisfaction survey ratings.

VitalCare provides in-home nursing care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, medical social services, and home health aides to patients following a surgery or who suffer from an acute or chronic illness.
