It’s your last day for supervised rehabilitation. So many thoughts going through your mind:
As you sit down with your rehabilitation therapist for a final review, he mentions McLaren Bay Region’s AfterTrack Transition Program – created to assist patients move from supervised rehab to an independent exercise program. All the land-based equipment in the rehabilitation gym can be used between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through Friday. The cost? Just $5 per session for a period of six months after rehab discharge.

Based on prior experience, you know: ‘If I don’t use it, I’ll lose it.’ You figure six months will offer the momentum to continue your exercise regimen as a lifelong experience. Sure you have a month to decide, but why not say "Yes!" today?
