$ Clinical Integration Scorecard Vetting $
In an effort to improve the efficiency and accuracy of our payments from the Clinical Integration Program, MPP is asking all physicians to vet their individual CI scorecard available in Persivia, our population health software system.
The 2023 CI payment 2 will be issued this Spring 2024. The scorecard to be vetted for this performance period is the December 31, 2023, scorecard. Please sign in to Persivia to view your scorecard for accuracy as we want to ensure our physicians receive the appropriate credit for the work they are doing. If you need assistance with access to Persivia please reach out to your local Quality Performance Specialist (QPS).
The deadline for scorecard vetting is Friday March 8, 2024. We will not accept any changes or appeals after this date.
