McLaren Lapeer Region is a 222-bed acute care hospital at 1375 North Main Street in Lapeer, Michigan. The hospital is the primary provider of health care services to Lapeer County and the surrounding area.
In 2013, McLaren Lapeer Region was verified as a Level II trauma center by the American College of Surgeons (ACS), making it the only verified trauma center in the entire Thumb region. As a Level II trauma center, we provide advanced, quality care to critically injured patients. We provide 24-hour availability to all essential specialities including, orthopedics, neurosurgery, cosmetic & reconstructive surgery, inerventional radiology and thoracic surgery.

Our state-of-the-art Diagnostic Imaging Services Department is equipped with the latest technology digital MRI, CT-Scanner(s), PET-CT, ultrasound, nuclear imaging and 24-hour radiology reading capabilities. McLaren Lapeer Region also offers patients the very best in wound care, from a comfortable, convenient setting that’s close to home, at our Wound Care & Hyperbaric Center.
