McLaren Hospice and Homecare Foundation

Contributions to the McLaren Hospice and Homecare Foundation help support our mission to serve patients, regardless of their ability to pay. Donations also help support non-reimbursed services, such as hospice music therapy and grief support programs.

Contributions designated for specific services or areas of care are always used as the donor has intended.

A letter of acknowledgement will be sent to the family or person you designate, with the name of the person honored and the name of the donor(s). The amount of the gift is not indicated. An acknowledgement of your gift will be sent to you. McLaren Hospice and Homecare Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit entity, which enables donors to take tax advantages to the extent allowed by law. Every donor gift, no matter the amount, is significant and everyone can make a difference by giving to McLaren Hospice and Homecare Foundation.

Caring Spirit Nomination Form

At McLaren Health Management Group, we believe providing quality care for patients and families with the best people makes a difference in the lives of those we serve.

We believe all employees play a role in creating an optimal experience for our patients—from those in direct patient care roles, to the many clinical professionals and support staff who work tirelessly behind the scenes.

The Caring Spirit Program is one way we recognize the employees of McLaren Health Management Group. It is designed to provide patients and their loved ones, as well as our employees, an opportunity to recognize staff members who exemplify our values and take action to deliver outstanding results for our patients, customers and coworkers. With your help we can recognize and honor the “Caring Spirits” among us.

Is there a McLaren Homecare Group employee you wish to recognize as a Caring Spirit? If so, we would love to hear from you!

Barks & Brews

McLaren Hospice's Barks & Brews, hosted at the DryDock in Bay City on Tuesday, September 13, brings together two of the Bay area's favorite things in support of the McLaren Homecare and Hospice Foundation.

Bring your furry companions for an evening of downtown dining and beverages to support McLaren's Pet Peace of Mind Program and hospice patients. Attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy food truck selections with beer and wine pairings while browsing raffle items and mingling with our McLaren Hospice Volunteers--the human and canine!

McLaren's Pet Peace of Mind program, administered by McLaren Hospice Volunteers, fosters the emotional and spiritual connection pets provide for patients throughout their lives. The program assists patients and families to care for their beloved furry friends at a time when they are least able to provide for them.
