Dr. Knepper is a board-certified vascular surgeon serving as an assistant professor of surgery in MSU’s College of Human Medicine providing care for MSU Health Care Surgery and assistant medical director of the MSU Aesthetic & Laser Treatment Center. Dr. Knepper will also serve as medical director of the new MSU Health Care Heart & Vascular Center opening in Spring 2023.
Dr. Knepper graduated magna cum laude received his doctorate of medicine from the University of New Mexico. He then completed his residency in integrated vascular surgery at the University of Michigan Health System, followed by a graduate research fellowship from UMHC’s Center for Health Care Outcome and Policy. Additionally, he received a masters of science from the Robert Wood Johnson Clinical Science Program from the University of Michigan.
He has special clinical expertise in advanced econometric analysis. Additionally, Dr. Knepper’s research interests include health outcomes and database research with a focus on policy and financing of healthcare and how it impacts surgical outcomes. |
