MPP is responsible for the negotiation, development and administration of a variety of managed care contracts for our network of physicians, ancillary facilities and hospitals. We serve as a liaison between the McLaren Healthcare System, health plans, employers, physicians, and patients.

ACO Members Receive CMS Payment Bonus
McLaren High Performance Network, LLC received a final MIPS score of 97.37 out of 100 for performance year 2021. This score was calculated based on performance in Quality, Advancing Care Information, and Improvement Activities. CMS categorizes any score greater than 85 as exceptional performance. Based on this performance, eligible providers in the McLaren High Performance Network will receive a 1.96% positive payment adjustment in Calendar Year 2023. The 2023 MIPS payment adjustments vary between -9% and 2.33%. Payment adjustments will only apply to payments made for covered professional services payable under the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule furnished by a MIPS eligible clinician. CMS awards all eligible clinicians who are participants in the McLaren High Performance Network, LLC the same final score.
