AETNA Medicare Advantage Contract with McLaren
Last Fall, MPP announced the new Value Based Contract that was signed with AETNA for their Medicare Advantage insurance product encompassing all McLaren regions in Michigan. This new product offers provider gain sharing based on attaining quality and cost of care performance metrics.
At that time the agreement was limited to all McLaren hospitals and all active McLaren Medical Group providers. MPP is pleased to announce the expansion to all Michigan MPP members. In order to be included in this agreement, an Opt-In form needs to be completed and submitted back to MPPEnrollment@McLaren.org.
Should you already be participating with the AETNA Medicare Advantage Value Based Contract through another PO, signing acceptance to the attached may cancel your participation in the prior contract.
Your prompt response as Accept or Decline is requested. Once the form is received, MPP will begin processing your participation. This can be completed at either the group/TIN level or at an individual provider level.
