GME Program’s Growth Leads to the Creation of a New Multipurpose Space

McLaren Flint’s Graduate Medical Education (GME) Program, which oversees all residencies and fellowships, has had significant growth in recent years. To meet the increasing demand for physicians at the hospital, extensive planning went into creating a new space, which was celebrated on July 1. GME leadership invited hospital and physician leaders, as well as residents, fellows, and those involved in the planning and construction of the project, to see it now that it is ready for use.

Located on the main floor of the north building, the area features three conference rooms, a kitchenette, touchdown workstations, relaxation areas, lockers, a large combination classroom and simulation lab, and a computer lab.
