Welcome to Lake Orion Nursing and Rehabilitation Center (LONRC)! At LONRC, we strive to provide high-quality, compassionate care to our residents, no matter the length of stay. LORNC is part of McLaren Health Care system, a fully integrated health care system comprised of 14 hospitals in Michigan and Ohio, ambulatory surgery centers, imaging centers, a 490-member employed primary and specialty care physician network, commercial and Medicaid HMOs covering approximately 640,000 lives in Michigan and Indiana, home health, infusion and hospice providers, pharmacy services and a clinical laboratory network.
With their support, we offer personalized short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing care. Our team of healthcare professionals works to make sure that the care to our residents is individualized and supportive.
