Help us provide quality cancer care in our community!
Contributions from the McLaren Lapeer Region Foundation Brick Paver Fundraiser will be used to enhance the Cancer Center Fund, an endowed fund that is administered through the McLaren Lapeer Region Foundation.
This endowment was created in 2006 to support cancer-related programs offered through the Karmanos Cancer Institute at McLaren Lapeer Region.
The McLaren Lapeer Region Foundation's goal is to build a lasting legacy to support the Karmanos Cancer Institute at McLaren Lapeer Region and to provide the community health services for cancer care in the community.
The brick paver stones located in the Healing Garden at the McLaren Lapeer Region Cancer Institute is a permanent way for you to celebrate your memories and your loved ones. By putting your personal message on a brick, you can pay tribute to someone dear, make a birthday unforgettable, proclaim your love or create a family treasure for generations to come.
What is the price?

- 17 5/8 x 17 5/8 paver is $200.00
- 11 3/4 x 23 1/2 paver is $200.00
- 23 1/2 x 35 3/8 paver is $250.00
What can I write on my brick and how much will fit?
Write anything you would like that is family appropriate and fits in the allotted space. An 11" brick can fit up to 5 lines of text with 16 characters per line. Letters, spaces and punctuation count as characters.
When are bricks installed and where are they placed?
Installation of new bricks occurs two times per year, in June and September. The bricks will be placed in the memorial walkway leading from the patio area down to the gazebo at the Karmanos Cancer Institute at McLaren Lapeer Region.
What happens after I place my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a letter in the mail confirming receipt of your order. All donations made to the McLaren Lapeer Region Foundation are tax deductible.
