Meet Kathleen
Patient Access Representative
Kathleen is best known for her compassion and dedication to serving patients. She currently works as a patient access representative in patient registration and recently celebrated 18 years at McLaren Macomb.
Kathleen was nominated for Employee of the Month by her co-worker, Cassandra, who says, "Kathleen works hard to make our patients' overall experience the best. She cheerfully greets them when they walk in the door, and treats them as if they are family. As a matter of fact, many of our patients who have come to know Kathleen often request to be registered by her."
Staff and managers who work daily with Kathleen describe her as "someone who is beyond generous, and always thoughtful, kind and helpful."
